This role oversees the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment, plant utilities, and facility systems. The position supervises maintenance personnel and coordinates external contractors and service providers. In addition, the Maintenance and Facilities Manager serves as a project leader for facility upgrades, equipment installations, capital improvements, and infrastructure initiatives across the plant.…
