Job Description Summary At GE Vernova, we are accelerating the energy transition by delivering reliable, efficient, and sustainable power solutions. As part of this mission, the Generator Value Stream – Senior Lean Manager will play a critical role in driving Lean transformation across our European generator manufacturing sites. This position will lead the deployment of Lean principles aligned with the Toyota Production System (TPS), enabling step-change improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role will focus on coaching site leadership, leading Kaizen events, advancing Daily Management systems, and strengthening Built-In Quality (BIQ) to ensure sustainable operational excellence across the value stream.…
