Job Description Summary As a Lead Technical Field Advisor (Lead TFA), you will provide technical leadership and field execution for Steam Turbine and Generator mechanical maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and outage activities at utility and industrial power plants. You will serve as the on-site technical focal point, responsible for leading complex job execution, coordinating field resources, and ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery in alignment with GE standards and customer expectations.
