Job Description Summary The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance department to ensure maximum equipment availability, facility safety, and operational efficiency. This role oversees a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, manages the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, controls the maintenance budget, leads site CapEx spend, and drives reliability improvements.
