Job Description Summary The Senior Quality Leader will lead the Quality organization for Schenectady Manufacturing, reporting directly to the plant leader. This role will be responsible for leading a quality strategy and zero-defect culture across the site. This leader will drive continuous improvement and problem solving in quality, with emphasis on creating added value, reducing waste, minimizing Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and positively impacting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Severe Events and Non-Conformity Reporting (NCRs) associated with manufacturing operations.…
