Job Description Summary Als Senior Engineering Manager (m/w/d) – Elektrische Komponenten sind Sie für die Leitung des Teams für elektrisches Design, die Verwaltung des entsprechenden Budgets sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Engineering-Prozesse verantwortlich. Die Rolle kombiniert technische Expertise im Bereich Leistungstransformatoren mit Führungsverantwortung in einem internationalen, funktionsübergreifenden Umfeld. Sie planen und koordinieren die elektrischen Designaktivitäten für Kundenprojekte, stellen die Einhaltung internationaler Normen sicher und validieren die Designergebnisse. Zudem unterstützen Sie den Vertrieb, nehmen an Design-Reviews teil und lösen technische Probleme mittels Ursachenanalyse (Root Cause Analysis).…
