About the Role
The Senior Montessori Guide (SMG) is the closest programmatic support to fellow Guides on campus — the person who sees what's actually happening in classrooms day to day and can offer grounded, practical feedback. The SMG closes the gap between central program standards and classroom practice, without replacing a Guide's ownership of their own practice. One SMG is appointed per campus, where a qualified candidate exists — the standard is not lowered when no one is ready.
What You'll Own
Program Quality & Standards — quarterly Program Alignment (MPA) assessments, supporting MAP testing, escalating PE reconfiguration needs.
Peer Mentorship — structured written feedback prioritised by normalisation data, focused on concrete, practical coaching.…
