Je werkt in een multidisciplinair ART-team dat elkaar versterkt, continu leert en met overtuiging bouwt aan toekomstgerichte zorg. Klaar om als regiebehandelaar echte impact te maken? We ontmoeten je graag. Wat ga je doen? Je begeleidt en behandelt senioren met (ernstige) psychiatrische problematiek (EPA doelgroep). Je bent behandelverantwoordelijk (regiebehandelaar), voert regie en bewaakt de voortgang en afstemming van de individuele zorg.…
