About this role
Expertisecentrum Dubbele Diagnose is een specialistisch behandelcentrum waar psychiatrie, verslavingszorg en forensische zorg samenkomen tot één geïntegreerd aanbod. Wat ga je doen? Je verleent zorg aan cliënten met verslaving en complexe psychiatrische problematiek. Je werkt als verpleegkundige of sociotherapeut ambulant binnen een multidisciplinair team van Dubbele Diagnose. Je zorgt voor afstemming, coördinatie en uitvoering van zorg rondom de cliënt. Je geeft zowel individuele als groepsbehandeling aan cliënten. Je onderhoudt contacten met familie en/of andere betrokken hulpverleners. Je hebt een verantwoordelijkheid voor de verdere ontwikkeling van methodieken.…
