Compensation: $33.50 - $40.50 The base compensation range for this role is fixed, with a maximum cap of $40.50. We want to be transparent about this as we continue discussions. Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 8AM - 5PM EST or CST Provides overall triage assessment, case management and coordination via telephonic and telehealth care to patients. Assures optimal coordination of patient care across the continuum for all disease management and triage patients as assigned.…
