Floating Manager - Alltown Fresh

Job Summary: A Floating Store Manager will learn the details of operating and managing a successful convenience store while assisting various Store Managers at other locations. This will allow the Floating Manager to gain hands on training and the experience to get on the fast track to becoming a Store Manager. Training will consist of learning company policies and procedures; direct supervision of staff; maximizing store profits and ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance.
