About this role
We are hiring a highly motivated Research Scientist for PDK device design and research projects management with integrated opto-electronics circuit design, fabrication, and characterization. You will be involved in application-oriented PDK design, fabrication and characterization. You will be working with an excellent multidisciplinary team from photonics and FAB. Your Job : To design / optimize silicon photonic devices, including passive and active devices (e.g., balanced photodetector, high speed photodetector) for application oriented PDK development. To independently carry out device characterization to verify device performance and conduct device analysis with documentation. To provide technical support on PDK related questionnaires.…
