About this role: The Content Operator is responsible for executing and continuously improving the operational workflows that enable Studios to create, localise and publish high-quality learning and product content at scale. The role combines hands-on execution with operational improvement. The Content Operator works directly in content production, localisation and publishing processes while identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate repetitive work through AI, tooling and smarter workflows. By understanding operational processes in detail, the Content Operator helps build a scalable content operation that supports predictable releases, high quality and continuous improvement across multiple languages and markets.
