You want a season in Greece. This position is based in Greece. It’s not a standard kitchen job back home. You relocate for the season. You live where others spend their holidays. And your kitchen view might be closer to the sea than to city traffic. As part of Kitchen Operations, you work in a professional resort kitchen serving international guests every day. Buffet service, live cooking stations, à la carte evenings — the pace can be dynamic, but the structure is clear. You are responsible for preparing dishes according to standards, managing your section and maintaining hygiene and food safety. Teamwork matters here.
