Responsible for implementing strategic processes and procedures to meet and/or exceed overall production goals and applying appropriate pricing structures safely and efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Meets minimum quota set for assigned department, leading the team to achieve daily operational goals. 2. Ensures daily plan is followed by assisting with operational flow, production and sales. 3. Develops and implements processes, procedures, and strategies to improve Centralized Processing. 4.
