Join our team as a Floating Leasing Specialist in Summit & Routt County, CO! Do you enjoy working in Colorado's mountain communities while helping residents find quality affordable and workforce housing? We're looking for a bilingual, full-time Floating Leasing Specialist to support our communities throughout Summit County and Routt County. In this role, you'll provide leasing support wherever it's needed most across our mountain portfolio, working with affordable and workforce housing programs including LIHTC, Workforce Housing, CDBG, HDG, and more. What You'll Do: Lease apartments in alignment with company policies, Fair Housing guidelines, and affordable housing laws.
