Join Our Team as a Leasing Specialist in Wausau, WI! At Gorman & Company, we're committed to making a difference through our affordable housing. We're looking for a personable and driven Leasing Specialist to support the lease-up of Westside Commons, a 56-unit Low Income Housing Tax Credit community in Wausau, WI. In this role, you'll help prospective residents navigate the leasing process while creating a positive and welcoming experience. What You'll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service. Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing and application process. Prepare leases, applications, and resident documentation in accordance with LIHTC housing requirements.…
