We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for one of our 325-unit affordable housing communities, Harmony at the Park, in Phoenix, AZ. What You'll Be Doing: Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. Maintain exterior of the property and pool areas.
