Join our team as a Maintenance Technician serving Paradise Point, Blue Water & Wet Net! Gorman & Company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support three affordable housing communities in the Florida Keys: Paradise Point in Key Largo, Blue Water in Tavernier, and Wet Net in Islamorada. Paradise Point is a 42-unit senior housing community featuring LIHTC and Project-Based Voucher (PBV) units, while Blue Water and Wet Net are each 36-unit LIHTC communities. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, functional, and welcoming communities for residents.
