Join our team as a Senior Maintenance Technician in Steamboat Springs, CO! Do you take pride in solving problems, leading by example, and maintaining communities that residents are proud to call home? We're looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to play a key role in maintaining three of our workforce housing communities in Steamboat Springs and Hayden, Colorado. You'll lead maintenance at Riverview Apartments (104-units), Sunlight Crossing (90-units), and Prairie Run (135-units), helping ensure each community is safe, functional, and well cared for.
