Job Description: Job Summary: As Greenix grows, we are looking for an Area Manager (AM) to oversee our operations in the New England area (specifically in Manchester, NH and central Massachusetts). The AM ensures all operational practices, budgets, and sales goals are achieved. They train and cultivate strong teams of Branch and/or Service Managers in order to train and cultivate strong teams of Service Professionals. The AM is expected to guarantee that all company practices and policies are understood and upheld at the branch level. The ultimate goal for the AM is to coordinate the efforts of the branches. As an AM you will be responsible for hiring, inspiring, and motivating the management team. The AM focuses on encouraging teamwork and is committed to the company’s mission.…
