About this role
The Role
As a Flower Technician, you will perform a variety of plant maintenance activities to ensure the healthy growth of the highest quality flower for our patients and consumers to enjoy. Cannabis is a heavily regulated industry; therefore, all employees are required to follow safety and compliance regulations.
Essential Functions
Perform plant maintenance activities including defoliation, pruning, skirting and other activities using dexterity, coordination and precision to perform tasks that require manual manipulation as required.
Meet production goals and maintain a high level of performance.
