About this role

Responsibility for supporting the preparation and administration of RFQs/RFPs for BESS technology procurement, including battery systems, PCS, EMS and SCADA. Coordination of commercial and contractual bid evaluations from BESS integrators and technology suppliers. Participation in supplier clarifications, negotiations and alignment of technical-commercial requirements. Support in the development and review of supply agreements, framework agreements, LTSA and other contracts related to BESS projects. Management of contractual documentation, correspondence, change orders, amendments and claims throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring of supplier obligations, contractual milestones, payment schedules, delivery timelines and performance guarantees.…
