About this role

The Role This is a hybrid operations and technical role centered on automation - taking the manual processes that keep a fast-growing retail energy provider running and rebuilding them so they run themselves. At most retail energy providers, legacy systems and process ownership are locked in, and there's limited room to change how things work. At Gridmatic, we're not looking to just do things better - we want to do them differently. Must have - top priority Dialer file automation: Automate producing and delivering call center dialer files for outbound campaigns.
