About this role
Gritter Francona is looking for a Jr. Trainer that will support the development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training and educational activities associated with the Elevated Risk Care Management (ERCM) Pilot. The position will help prepare clinical and operational staff to effectively adopt and implement new care coordination processes designed to improve suicide prevention-related care for Veterans at elevated risk. The Jr. Trainer will support training activities throughout the pilot lifecycle, including Concept, Explore, Design, Implement, Evaluate, and Spread phases.
