About this role

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Painter / Shipper / Receiver . In this multifaceted role, you will handle paint shop, shipping, receiving crane operations, and industrial coating procedures to ensure all products meet customer specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety objectives. The ideal candidate is hardworking, physically fit, and committed to maintaining a high standard of safety in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Crane and painting duties: Operate overhead cranes to dip bundles of joists in paint tanks. Operate overhead cranes to load joists onto trailers. Perform hand painting or touch-ups to ensure complete paint coverage on products. Replenish paint levels in dip tanks. Read and interpret finishing requirements from blueprints.…
