We need a Director of GTM & Business Strategy to own the full product and campaign launch lifecycle end-to-end: from concept through post-launch analysis, across every brand in our portfolio. This is the connective tissue role — the person who keeps launches on time, teams aligned, and leadership informed, without needing anyone above them to chase it down.
