About the role
We're hiring a Senior Retail Operations Specialist to run the daily engine behind Grüns retail fulfillment. You'll ensure every order ships accurately, on time, and in full - protecting revenue, keeping retail partners happy, and catching problems before they become costly. This role connects internal ops, 3PLs, and retail accounts, and owns the proactive inventory and OTIF work that keeps our retail business scaling cleanly.
