Buscamos Soporte Técnico L3, únete a nuestro equipo de Trabajo Requirements Descripción del empleo Technical Support L3 Experiencia: · Nivel 1 Soporte a usuario final, EUC, carga de imagen configuraciones de impresoras y reparación de equipos de cómputo + 2 años · Nivel 2 Manejo de redes Network, switches routers, conocimiento de cable de consola y cableado estructurado + 1 año · Nivel 3 conocimientos básicos en servidores HP, manejo de Ilo y Dell + 1 año · Excel, word, power point TI, Redes y herramientas en general para TI · Share Point · INGLÉS AVANZADO-CONVERSACIONAL INDISPENSABLE (se harán pruebas).
