Evaluate tasks and training needs to design, develop, and deploy eLearning content. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge and skill. Collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct learner analysis and identify training needs. Determine learning objectives and instructional strategies by leveraging relevant taxonomies.
