Create a positive impression for each patient, family member, visitor or staff while performing the tasks of pre- admitting, admitting and/or registering, routing or escorting patients, family or visitors. The primary responsibility is to assist patients and their families in accessing services acting as an advocate and navigator until the patient is handed off to clinical staff.
