Provide training/education for any coders in PIP. Provide constant feedback and education to entire coders/QA’s/Leads Specify , client, area of education, team details, quality scores. Perform random audit for coders in all the projects. Need to create training document based on major error trends. Stay abreast of industry changes and create training document based on changes. Assures coders achieve and maintain a minimum 95% accuracy in coding based on client contract. Assures coders maintain average productivity standards while maintaining quality.…
