Summary Guidewire is seeking a Director, Talent Attraction – AMER & EMEA to define and lead our regional talent attraction strategy for Product Development & Operations (PDO), all Go‑To‑Market (GTM), and Corporate Functions across North America, LATAM and EMEA.. This transformational leader will contribute to the strategy, execution, and governance of recruiting, building an AI‑enabled, data‑driven recruiting engine and leading the local recruiting team in this region.
