OVERVIEW: We're looking for a Floor Lead to help bring the Gymshark experience to life in our Amsterdam store. As a Floor Lead, you'll lead from the front, creating an energetic, welcoming environment for both customers and teammates. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, driving service standards, supporting store operations, and helping your team perform at their best. From leading morning huddles and coaching on the shop floor to supporting stock flow, maintaining standards, and stepping up as the manager on duty when needed, you'll be a trusted leader who leads with confidence, accountability, and authenticity.
