El objetivo del rol es asegurar la correcta implantación, gestión y mejora continua de la red de Servicios Técnicos Oficiales en la zona centro y noroseste, garantizando una alta calidad de servicio, satisfacción del cliente y cumplimiento de los estándares de la compañía en la división de electrodomésticos MDA (Major Domestic Appliances).
