HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for an experienced permanent, full-time Clinical Educator to join our team. The position can be based flexibly across HammondCare locations, with the ability to work flexibly between home and the office, and regular travel required to support teams and services About the role Deliver engaging, evidence-based clinical education aligned with Home Care priorities, regulatory requirements and quality standards. Provide in-field coaching, supervised practice and constructive feedback to strengthen clinical decision-making and skill application. Support teams to adopt new or revised procedures and guidelines safely and consistently. Work with operational leaders to respond to risks, audit findings, incidents and capability gaps.…
