HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for an experienced permanent, part time, Home Care Registered Nurse – Known within HammondCare as a Clinical Partner to support the team in the Hunter - Cardiff region 3 days a week. About the role The Clinical Partner ( Home Care Registered Nurse) works within HammondCare’s Mission in Action to deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care that supports clients to live well in their own home. The role provides evidence-based, best practice clinical care holistically, to individuals, ensuring their unique goals, needs and preferences are understood and addressed.
