Design Manager (Construction)- up to £70,000 per annum - Enfield Design Manager. We are actively looking to recruit a Construction Design Manager to join a thriving Main Contractor based in North London, working on new build projects across Central and North London. As Design Manager y ou will co-ordinate and assist on pre-construction activities and tender opportunities, across Residential and Commercial projects up to £15m. Key Responsibilities Lead the design process to produce accurate information in line with the agreed specification and cost plan/estimate. Proactively manage the appointment of consultants and ensure that they perform in line with their deed and agreed scope of services.
