DEINE ROLLE
Als Head of Finance verantwortest du Budgetplanung, Reporting und Forecasting, steuerst Cashflow und Liquidität, optimierst Finanzprozesse und lieferst die finanziellen Analysen und Grundlagen für strategische Entscheidungen im Unternehmen.
🤝 DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du entwickelst und setzt die Finanzstrategie im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen um.
- Du baust ein belastbares Finanzplanungs- und Forecasting-Modell auf (P&L, Cashflow, Balance Sheet).
- Du pflegst ein transparentes Kosten- und Budgetcontrolling über alle Abteilungen hinweg.
- Du übernimmst Ownership über den gesamten Finanz-Toolstack.
- Du verantwortest die Kommunikation mit externen Partnern wie Steuerberater:innen, Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen, Banken und Investor:innen.
