What You'll Be Doing Job Scope: The Industrial Division Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the Industrial Services Division. This role oversees operations, financial performance, business development, staffing, risk management, and execution of all projects within the Division. The Division Manager is ultimately accountable for ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, and in alignment with company standards and long-term objectives.
