What You'll Be Doing Job Scope: We are seeking a highly driven and creative individual to supplement our team at the site in Saraland, Al. In this role they will be responsible for participating in, and leading as required, cross-functional teams to address key business problems – taking known issues and opportunities at the refinery and developing the engineered solution. They will apply appropriate lean manufacturing and quality management methodologies towards process improvement, troubleshooting, and process development. They will serve as a liaison between the Engineering and Execution disciplines, supplying quality basis of design documents to the Capital Project group.…
