What You'll Be Doing Job Scope: The Subcontracts Manager will manage all phases of the project subcontracts development process, including preparation of subcontracts plan, bidders pre-qualification, subcontracts formation, risk assessment, execution, change management, reporting and formal close-out. This role will also focus on establishing good contractual relationships with subcontractors, facilitating a safe closure of the subcontracts and avoiding any litigation/claims, while preserving site interests and priorities.
