What You'll Be Doing Job Scope: GThe Document Controls Specialist is generally responsible for document management for projects and personnel. This work will be performed under general supervision in our Beaumont office. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Document management of electronic files for distribution which may include converting between different software packages, printing, scanning and/or copying. This requires the use of the Newforma Project Center (training provided). Researching files and records to locate appropriate documents as requested by other personnel. Responding to client requests of all types. Generating activity reports as required by the project managers. Assisting the project managers with administrative tasks as necessary.…
