We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team here at Harrods. You will provide employee relations support and case management; predominantly managing behaviour, absence, performance, maternity/paternity, flexible working cases within a business area. About the Role As the Employee Relations Advisor you will provide expert HR support across multiple channels, including phone, email and web-based enquiries, managing employee relations and people management cases from inception through to resolution.
