About Für unser Team Publishing Operations Management bei Schäffer-Poeschel suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Prozessmanager:in Lektorat (d/m/w) in 50% am Standort Stuttgart oder remote . Deine Rolle: Du steuerst und entwickelst unsere Lektoratsprozesse - ohne selbst zu lektorieren. Als zentrale Schnittstelle orchestrierst du Autor:innen, Produktmanagement, externe Lektorate und Setzerei. Du schaffst klare Vorgaben, optimierst Abläufe, entwickelst Werkzeuge weiter und sicherst die Qualität der Ergebnisse.
