This exempt position serves as a strategic recruiting partner and human resources professional. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for professional staff positions, primarily supporting business services departments. In addition, this role partners with the Human Resources team on learning and development initiatives, reporting, process improvement, and other HR projects designed to develop broad HR Generalist competencies. The position provides an opportunity to gain progressively increasing exposure to employee relations, performance management, succession planning, organizational development, and other strategic human resources functions while serving as a trusted resource to hiring managers and employees.…
