About the Role We’re looking for a Correspondence System Specialist to play a key role in ensuring our members receive clear, accurate and timely communications. In this role, you’ll be the subject matter expert for HBF’s correspondence management system, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to design, build, maintain and support high‑quality member correspondence across multiple channels. You’ll contribute to the ongoing enhancement, reliability and performance of our correspondence platform, helping deliver consistent and personalised communications that support an exceptional member experience.
