About this role
Develop daily and weekly master production schedules based on capacity and demand (from SIOP forecast loaded). Release of work-orders, the staging of materials, the printing of production papers. Balance labor and machine availability to optimize throughput and related costs. Manage customer order portfolios, prioritization and backlogs. Analyze MRP messages and resolve shortages or delays. Data Analysis: Monitor and deliver against performance KPIs, particularly quantities leaving production / arriving at service centers as scheduled. Updating the system with accurate data (e.g. leadtime). Inventory Management: Optimize inventory level and related cost elements (e.g. provision) for all relevant items.…
