Experience managing safety programs, OSHA compliance, risk assessments, and hazard mitigation. Experience conducting investigations, incident response, and corrective action management. Experience driving regulatory compliance, shrink reduction, and inventory protection initiatives. Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security, safety, and warehouse management systems. Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) certification or training in investigative interviewing techniques preferred.…
