About this role
Healthcare Realty is seeking a Manager – Real Estate Finance to support the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytical needs of a national portfolio of medical office buildings (MOBs). This position will work closely with the Vice President of Real Estate Finance, Finance Managers, and other members of the Finance organization to deliver accurate financial reporting, actionable insights, and operational analytics that support portfolio performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically proficient, and capable of taking ownership of projects from inception through completion.
